Sunday, March 6th, 2011
After a long wait, Google Analyticator 6.1.2 has been released. Highlights include WordPress 3.1 compatibility, bug fixes, and security enhancements. Since my forums are down right now, use this post for feedback on the release.

Would be good to include an option to set the number of top pages retrieved, I always find myself diving into the code to change the default 5 top posts to 10. Cheers.

Can’t seem to solve this problem; tried everything I can think of:
The page you have requested cannot be displayed. Another site was requesting access to your Google Account, but sent a malformed request. Please contact the site that you were trying to use when you received this message to inform them of the error. A detailed error message follows:
The site “http://nitroseminars.com” has not been registered.
The page has been registered with Google Analytics.
Any suggestions how to fix it? thanks!

Got exactly the same problem with ONE of my sites but none of the others… It’s been like this for a few weeks now and does not seem to go away by itself. I tried removing all related existing Tokens from https://www.google.com/accounts/b/0/IssuedAuthSubTokens to “start fresh” but that does not help at all… Very weird.
And the support forum has been closed for a while now :(

You can try “registering” your domain with Google. Some people have reported success.

As for the forums, I’m going to try and get at least something up ASAP, most likely this weekend. The forums currently have around a million spam posts from two days that I’m still cleaning up.

OK Ron — Tried to register with Google. Got to the step “authentication certificate,” have no idea what that is, so skipped that part.
No result; still can’t use analyticator. The plug-in is basically dead on this site … is there another workaround?

Google Analytics Summary on Dashboard does not work. It shows always zero on all stats, which is not real.

I have several suggestions:
1. Clear out the profile id box on the settings page if you put something there.
2. Ensure you have authenticated with Google on the settings page.
3. Ensure the correct Analytics account is selected on the drop-down.

Same deal here in Detroit, Ron.
I updated WordPress and your plugin and since can’t get the dashboard widget to work.
The G.A. is up and running at Google with full access and stats but nothing on the dashboard.
I tried your three steps and still nothing. At least having the profile box filled out gives the widget a form, but no stats. Without the profile box filled out – you get no form at all.

Google Analyticator 6.1.3 has just been released. Those of you having issues with the dashboard widget, I highly recommend this update. I believe I resolved the issue for most of you.
Regarding the support forums, check back later today. I cleaned out the remainder of the spam this afternoon and I’m currently updating phpBB3, so hopefully this won’t happen again. Also, when he forums are back, look for a new FAQ entry on issues with authenticating.
